My name is Mark Flello in the kitchen, ive been a chef for over 40 yrs with a wealth of experience.After I went freelance in 2006, working in various football clubs, race courses, hotels, pubs, and restaurants, gaining knowledge. I decided to put my knowledge into my own business to create traditional and modern foods for my clients. the name for my website was for the love of chillies, and so the name scotch bonnet came up and also they are hot but a lot of flavour. therefore scotch bonnet catering services was born, all the food is for your taste not just chillies
Both my food and services are of the highest quality possible, and at great prices too. Once you try my delicious products, you will always return for more. i also try to source local produce where possible
This is why I am available to cater for a wide range of events for clients from Somerset. i believe in supporting local businesses as its less miles and it supports the local economy.
i will prepare the food from my home delivered to your house and then finished off and or delivered to your business as a whole package. i also i can supply myself as a personal chef and also use the kitchen at Knowle Manor and Anchors drop pub Blue Anchor.
